MANUFACTURING OPERATOR

WE ARE LOOKING FOR Addvolt is seeking a Manufacturing Operator with high energy and a strong work ethic to join our Manufacturing Team at Porto.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about both electronics and mechanical assembly, and who can ensure the high-quality assembly of our innovative electronic equipment.
The candidate should demonstrate flexibility, a commitment to the company's needs, and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
As Manufacturing Operator you will.
 Follow technical blueprints and manuals to ensure correct assembly.
 Handle electrical and manual tools with proficiency.
 Collaborate with the Team to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
 Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
 Be committed to fulfill goals.

 High School diploma or equivalent required.
 Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field.
Industrial or Automotive sector preferred.
 A keen eye for accuracy and precision in all tasks.
 Be committed to maintaining high standards of Quality and integrity.
 Willingness to work in various conditions, including high places, confined spaces, and high-voltage equipment.
 Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
 Must be able to lift 35 kilos and perform physically demanding tasks.
 Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a Team.
 Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Have a proven intermediate knowledge of English.
