Descrição Define the vision and mission of the foundation and how to position it well in the broader Crypto ecosystem Build out and lead the organisation as their first Managing Director Provide guidance, expertise and reassurance on how to set things up in the best possible way and how to bring everything from 0 to 1 Recruit key roles and manage key stakeholders in the organisation Oversee day to day operations, financial management and resource allocation Perfil ideal MUST bring experience working for a Crypto foundation, preferably a Swiss Foundation.
Candidates without any Crypto foundation experience cannot be considered Experience managing and leading teams Proficient English, more languages are welcome Strong understanding of the broader Crypto ecosystem and key stakeholders in the industry Vantagens Opportunity to lead a foundation from the start as the first Managing Director Attractive salary package including tokens
