The opportunity You will help our clients to transform process and supported technology to streamline the tax and finance operative environment.
At EY, you will work side-by-side with the firm's clients and subject matter professionals to develop and incorporate solutions that create value and improve efficiencies.
Your key responsibilities *Define and implement strategic and assertive tax and finance business solutions.
*Participate in requirements gathering and design of solutions/applications (functional and application logic).
*Assess, improve, and reengineer tax and finance functions' processes.
*Identify opportunities for the use of technology to accelerate and enhance delivery of services.
*Drive overall deployment of process driven and technology services through active participation.
*Support clients in managing effective relationships with tax authorities.
*Collect and document engagement team and client feedback *Build and maintain long-term and trust relationships with our clients and provide high levels of client service.
*Stay abreast of current Tax & Finance regulatory framework and related technology relevant to the client's business.
*Contribute to the team's good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best results.

To qualify for the role, you must have *Academic Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Management or similar.
*Practical experience in standard process analysis and mapping.
*Participated in digital transformation project (e.
., SAP, MS-NAV or another ERP implementation).
*Technical knowledge or education on Python, PowerApps & Power Automation.
*Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
Ideally, you'll also have *Technical rigor and attention to detail.
*Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments.
