Title and Summary Manager, Product Management Overview The Open API team is responsible for developing and managing innovative API-based products that open up (COMPANY NAME)'s real-time card network data and adhere to (COMPANY NAME)'s Data & Tech Responsibility Principles.
Hosted on the (COMPANY NAME) Developers portal, these API services enable new use cases and solutions that create value for our cardholders and business partners.
The Open API team is looking for a Manager- Product Manager, Open API responsible for developing inspiring product/platform, derived from business needs, market opportunities, and technology trends for the Transaction Notifications API.
The ideal candidate is passionate about product management, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, drives collaboration across multiple teams, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role As a Manager-Product Manager, Open API, you will.
-Manage new and existing Open API product development priorities -Work with product commercialization teams, engineers, UX designers, and internal customers to define, prioritize and develop new products and features.
-Evaluate and prioritize Global and/or Regional product ideas, markets and opportunities and determines with which projects to initiate the development process -Manage platform enhancements for global launch for Transaction Notifications API -Set the vision and direction for the platform design of assigned products -Identify innovations and lead test and learn experiments that create platform products that increase customer value of the platform product roadmap All About You -The ideal candidate for this position offers.
-Experience in managing projects across cross-functional teams and geographies -Knowledge of APIs, databases and technical architecture -Payment technology experience -Ability to successfully manage multiple responsibilities -Strong communication and stakeholder management skills involving internal and external customers.
-Coordination and organization skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and vendors across locations to ensure success of the product.
-Critical thinking and analytical abilityr scaling the Open API infrastructure globally.
