customer and stakeholder interactions) All About You • Intermediate or advanced professional experience in product development and management • Excellent understanding of payment industry technologies and merchant needs • Technical background and experience working closely with Engineering teams implementing payment solutions • Strong analytical and consultative skills to analyze the customer domain and recommend compelling acceptance solutions • Good understanding of card payment related specifications (EMVCo, PCI etc.) • High attention to detail, adaptable, executes with a sense of urgency and strong planning and organizational skills • Strong communication, presentation and personal skills; can explain technical topics in simple terms; able to think quickly and react to client-impacting situations • Self-motivated, proactive and curious, able to complete tasks with limited direction and with a sense of continuous growth and improvement • Prior knowledge and/or experience with payment solutions such as Contactless, Click to Pay, QR-code payments is desirable • Willingness to travel as needed Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must.
