Full Time Must have skills.
• Lead the response, communication, and resolution of major incidents, ensuring prompt service restoration.
o Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during critical incidents.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and external vendors, to resolve incidents.
o Facilitate incident bridge calls, providing clear direction and status updates.
o Ensure timely escalation of incidents based on predefined thresholds.
o Document incident timelines and resolutions for post-incident analysis.
o Conduct post-incident reviews and create detailed reports, including root cause analysis and recommendations.
Good to have skills.
o Problem Management (Secondary).
o Collaborate with Problem Management teams to identify the root causes of recurring incidents.
o Participate in the identification and implementation of preventive measures.
o Ensure proper follow-up on Problem Management actions, reducing the likelihood of future incidents.
o Change Management (Secondary).
o Support Change Management processes to ensure changes are effectively controlled and implemented with minimal risk.
o Review and assess the impact of changes related to critical systems and services.
o Ensure that changes causing incidents are documented, reviewed, and mitigated in future requests.
