About the Role.
We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician proficient in diagnosing and repairing industrial equipment, ensuring adherence to safety standards and effective communication within the team.
Main Responsibilities.
Analyze work progress, ensure safety compliance, and manage contractors.
Perform preventive maintenance, manage spare parts, and support shift handovers.
Facilitate maintenance best practices and ensure accurate data management.
Identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with H&S for safety compliance and investigate accidents.
Manage scrap materials disposal and collaborate on equipment changes.
Support Environmental Management System implementation and compliance.
Who we are looking for.
Two to three years' experience in an industrial plant environment.
Four-year Technical Degree preferred.
Strong mechanical understanding.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, variable shifts, and overtime.
