MAINTENANCE PLANNER (TEMPORARY)

You will be responsible to.
Support maintenance teams to maximize the availability of critical equipment safely and at the lowest cost by developing systematic planning, control, and reporting of maintenance tasks and necessary spare parts.
Collaborate with Reliability in failure mode analysis processes in maintenance activities and Top Offenders, considering the effects of failure and suggesting maintenance needs based on this analysis.
Lead and be present on-site during Planned Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance (when necessary), and Shutdown periods.
Integrate the global planning team for site Shutdown(s).
Participate in audits – both in preparation and interaction – internal, client, and official entities.
Prepare and coordinate the Continuous Operation DMS (LC).
Analyze, plan, and schedule maintenance work, identifying necessary resources (HSE, materials, special tools, technical specialties, contracted labor, etc.).
Ensure the completion of maintenance activities according to the established schedule (PM or CM).
Manage contractor activities and monitor budgets according to the assigned purchase order (PO), complying with all national and Hovione policies and regulations.
Develop, monitor, and provide teams with information on designated key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve metrics, downtime, backlog, main issues, and actions.
We are looking to recruit a Candidate.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant area; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of Safety standards and GMP standards.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and communications and speak effectively before groups of customers, official entities, and peers.
Knowledge of SAP PM software (e.
., Spares/Stock Management, Order Processing), Project Management (Microsoft Project), Excel, and Word.
Experience in preparing budgets and updating purchase requisitions for contractors, services, parts, materials, etc.
Experience in coordinating and supervising services with external contractors.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with OEM/Non-OEM suppliers.
