esponsible for the Management of Maintenance Department/Areas of Castelo Branco Plant and their activities in accordance with current procedures and methodologies, ensuring timely compliance with customer requirements and product quality;Ensure the continuity of production within the Plant (Corrective and Preventive Maintenance);Ensure the organization and cleaning of the \u201cspare parts\u201d supermarket;Supervise inventories of technical resources and spare parts;Monitor and ensure the execution of preventive maintenance plans and define action plans;Participate in the selection and approval of equipment and coordinate and control its installation;Draw up action plans, namely corrective or preventive measures;Define, together with the Plant Manager and the HR Manager, the human resources needs of the Maintenance and Continuous Improvement Departments/Areas of the Castelo Branco Plant, in accordance with the business plan and strategic objectivesEnsure compliance with the audit plan.

igher Education in Maintenance Areas (preferably Production or Industrial);Fluent knowledge of written and verbal English;Good knowledge in cable production (preferred);Ability to plan, organize and manage, work under pressure; Teamwork, interpersonal and leadership skills.
