About the Role.
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Repair and Operation (MRO) Coordinator to join our Chicago Bakery Maintenance team.
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, this role supports the maintenance and repair operations of the facility to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of all equipment and systems related to production, processing, and other operations.
Main Responsibilities.
Managing inventory of Maintenance Repair and Operation (MRO) supplies and equipment.
Monthly reporting on maintenance team spend vs budget.
Create and update contracts and scheduling agreements in SAP for all bakery departments.
Update and forward new vendor information to accounts payable and maintain updated vendor list.
Initiate purchase requisitions (PRs) and amendments for parts, services, and/or special tools Manage month-end close, to include running and analyzing the Open purchase order (PO) Report, developing an accrual list and summary, and other reports as needed.
Participate in and/or lead process effectiveness and continuous improvement projects.
Who we are looking for.
HS Diploma or GED 1+ years of experience managing the inventory of Maintenance Replacement Operating (MRO) components to ensure all repair items are available in the right quantity at the right time.
Previous work experience or knowledge of SAP systems.
