MAGICAL HARRY POTTER WAND SHADOW BOX

I'm looking for an artist to create a magical scene as a background for a shadow box containing two Harry Potter wands.
One side will feature Snape, the other Lily Potter (WB never officially release a Lily Potter wand but I have found one that will suffice).
Their faces/likeness are to be displayed to the side of their wands (Snape to the upper left and Lily to the bottom right.) Key Details.
- While the Snape/Lily images are an option, the verbiage is the Number 1 focus of this piece of artwork, and I am open to artistic creativity showing the love that Snape has for Lily despite her ending up with a different person.
- The phrase "After all this time..." must be placed top-center of the shadow box.
- The word "Always" should appear middle-bottom center.
- I'm thinking a shadow box dimension of 24x18 would be sufficient (I was trying 18x12, but I don't think that'll give enough room).
- The style theme should be magical, drawing heavily from the fantastical elements of space.
- Snape should be positioned on the left, Lily Potter on the right.
- The wands are both BLACK so there will need to be a degree of color/lightness behind the wands so that they can be seen within the piece of work.
The ideal freelancer for this project will have.
- Experience creating artistic depictions of well-known characters.
- Proficiency in working with shadow boxes.
- A deep understanding of the Harry Potter series to capture its distinct magical essence in the piece.
- Excellent communication skills to understand and deliver upon the project requirements.
- A keen eye for detail, particularly in highlighting facial features of the characters.
