M&A FINANCIAL ANALYST - EXCEL & VALUATION EXPERT

The primary task will be the creation of a comprehensive financial model.
- Valuation Method.
The preferred valuation method for this project is the Precedent Transactions Analysis.
- Data Provided.
I will provide a wide range of data for the analysis, including historical financial statements, industry reports and benchmarks, competitor transaction data, and 3-way forecasts.
- Valuation Method.
In addition to Precedent Transactions Analysis, Comparable Company Analysis (CCA) will be used to benchmark against similar companies.
Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, experience with Precedent Transactions Analysis, and a comprehensive understanding of financial modeling.
The project starts with a 3 month engagement.
The primary purpose of the financial model is to attract investment or an acquirer for our clients - we have several projects underway.
