M365 ADMINISTRATOR

Position Description.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive M365 Administrator to join our IT team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations, troubleshooting, and deployment of Microsoft 365 services to ensure smooth functionality and high availability.
This role will work closely with other IT teams and end-users to provide support and ensure best practices are followed.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Perform daily monitoring, maintenance, and management of Microsoft 365 services, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Handle incident troubleshooting and resolution for M365-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high service availability.
• Implement and manage configurations, updates, and deployments across M365 applications.
• Support end-users by addressing technical concerns, resolving issues, and providing training when necessary.
• Maintain M365 compliance and security standards, including user permissions, data governance, and threat protection.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate M365 services with existing infrastructure and tools.
• Document operational processes, troubleshooting steps, and system changes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated on Microsoft 365 developments and recommend improvements or new functionalities aligned with business needs.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including troubleshooting and deployment tasks.
• Strong understanding of M365 services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Familiarity with M365 compliance and security features, including Intune, Azure AD, and DLP.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified.
Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified.
Fundamentals, are a plus.
