As an M3 Project manager and Solution Architect, you will collaborate with the customers and provide them with a competitive advantage and business value through Infor M3 technology; and work with clients to understand their business needs and help deliver value through technology using Infor M3.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Build and design solutions across M3 platforms (On Prem and Cloud).
• Deliver implementation, customization, configuration and training services to CGI's Infor M3 customer base.
• Design, estimate, present, and deliver technical solutions with clean, well-organized, and expressive code to CGI's Infor M3 customer base.
• Work with clients, on site or remotely, to understand their business processes and strategies as it relates to Infor M3.
• Research, evaluate, and implement existing applications and/or customized solutions for internal or client-facing projects.
• Design, configure and deploy Infor M3 to customers and customize modules to their specific business needs independently or with a team.
• Reliably deliver Infor M3 solutions to clients, with minimal oversight.
• Produce estimates at a component level.
• Discover, document, and analyze key processes.
• Build reports and dashboards, as needed, to gauge project success.
• Provide training on new customizations or new implementations to customers.
• May work on concurrent projects at various stages in their life cycle.
• May participate on data conversions during project life cycle.
• Effectively manage customer expectations and communicate status updates of projects to various stakeholders, i.
., internal CGI management, and external customers of varying levels of management.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with our clients through transparency, organization, and impeccable communication.
• Deliver high quality, well tested code using SOLID design principals and enterprise design patterns within a given project timeline.
• Manage customer conversations and drive technical solutions with technical and non-technical customers.
• Work with clients to shape technical architecture and define project requirements to address their specific business needs.
• Design, develop, and document solutions to meet technical requirements.
• Delegate development work to other team members as needed and oversee that the build is done to according to standards and timeline.
• Keep up to date on new Infor M3 features/releases/products.
• Lead in the solution development, implementation and project closeout remotely or at customer sites.
• The primary point of contact for technical escalations and works with L2, L3//Developers, Incident/Problem Managers and the users during the course of complex ticket resolution.
• Leads in designing solutions based on client requirements.
• Designs/tests for the assigned changes, following the applicable development guidelines and standards and documenting all work according to the development and maintenance policy.
• Guides other members of the engagement in their effort to work on their skills development.
• Perform training boot camps and support onboarding of new members.
Client Relationship and Business Development • Establishing strong relationships with prime BUs/client during assignments.
• Promoting visibility of expertise within the Sub-BU or their counterparts.
• Developing Proof of Concept, service offerings, case studies that are in line with the current & future needs of the client/industry.
• Leveraging technology / industry expertise to shape up complex solutions and deliver with high quality.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Experience in full cycle M3 implementation as a solution architect or project management capacity.
• Experience in cloud migration projects.
• Experience in business development and will be able to propose solutions to the customer.
• College graduate with a degree in Information Technology or any other relative discipline, or equivalent work experience in IT operations.
• Advanced communication skills (verbal and written), customer-centric work ethics, and aptitude for strategic thinking.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, to share, retrieve, research, and present business information.
• Strong (internal) stakeholder management skills, ability to create buy-in and manage change.
• Experience managing remote direct reports or workforce with demonstrated virtual team leadership capabilities.
• Proven experience in influencing an organization, across multiple geographies, and influencing other organizations where their support is critical to success.
• Able to set and meet strict deadlines, perform under pressure, and deliver innovative results against highly challenging targets.
• Ability to work both independently and within multi-disciplined teams.
• Willing to be hands-on, get into the details to drive issues to resolution.
• Career motivation and willingness to continue to further knowledge and skills.
• Must be amenable to working onsite 2-3 days a week in McKinley, Taguig on a mid-shift schedule.
