Careers - Iptor YOUR HELP AND CONTRIBUTIONS  TO OUR JOURNEY Assist in facilitating training sessions using pre-developed content, ensuring consistency in learning delivery.
Record, edit, and organize training sessions to make them accessible for future reference.
Support training logistics, including scheduling, attendee coordination, and tracking participation.
Act as a liaison between the Enablement team and department heads to align training initiatives with organizational needs.
Help maintain and update learning resources, training materials, and internal knowledge bases.
Collect and analyze post-training feedback to improve learning experiences.
Support digital learning initiatives, including e-learning platforms, video content, and virtual training tools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain concepts in recorded training sessions.
Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple training initiatives.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.).
Familiarity with basic video recording and editing tools (or willingness to learn).
