Assembly and manufacturing process improvement, promoting Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies across the manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities Assist in process analysis, identify waste, propose solutions and implementations; Lead and help to implement continuous improvement initiatives in the different areas; Identify oportunities and implement it in the manufacturing or Instalation process, Factory layout management acordingly the product porfolio and forecast, 5S´s Program Management (Factory and Office) and Factory KPI´s Management; Define Lean strategies; Lead teams in implementing solutions.
Your profile Degree in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt; 5 years of experience; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; Training in leadership and team management; Lean Management; Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies; Proficiency in process analysis; Strong understanding of continuous improvement tools; Autonomy and Proactivity; Persuasion and Negotiation; Teamwork; Results Orientation; Resilience.
