Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters? Your mission will be… * Enable the RPA platform with continuously enhanced solutions and overseeing the creation of new infrastructure to help the platform to become sustainable; * Market scouting for new technologies and improvement possibilities in regards RPA operations; * Prepare technological roadmap aligned with relevant stakeholders; * Discuss challenges and improvement opportunities both with internal and external providers, to design, refine and clarify requirements to enable development process automation needs; * Be the Lead RPA Developer on a development team using agile work methodology; * Ensuring the proper implementation of security and data protection directives; * Ensuring quality and responsiveness of applications; * Ensuring cross-platform optimization for different environments; * Seeing through a project from conception to finished delivery.
We are looking for someone with… * Degree in computer science or equivalent experience; * Minimum of 5 years in customer-facing positions; * Minimum of 3 years in highly technical roles; * Demonstrated experience to manage a development team; * Expert solution architecture skills and experience enabling complex software RPA systems; * Management skills (e.

prioritization, trade-off analysis, risk analysis, etc.); * Familiar or experience with agile development methodology (e.
..
SCRUM); * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory; * Interpersonal and teamworking skills, ability to work independently in a virtual agile team; * Good communication and analytical skills, willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
