HubSpot Workflow Specialist - Customer Service Optimisation Job Type.

We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Workflow Specialist to design and implement automated workflows to optimise our customer service processes.
This project will focus on streamlining communications, managing customer inquiries, and improving service delivery in the [Mental Health / NDIS / [Insert Your Sector]] sector.

Key Responsibilities.
• Design and implement customised workflows within HubSpot to automate customer service processes.

• Integrate workflows with email templates, pipelines, and task management tools.
• Set up automated notifications, reminders, and reporting dashboards for the team.
• Analyse current processes and recommend automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure proper testing of workflows to minimise errors and enhance user experience.
• Provide documentation and training for internal staff on using the new workflows.
Skills and Qualifications.
• Proven experience in HubSpot workflow creation and automation.
• Solid understanding of customer service processes, particularly in the [insert relevant sector, e.

• Ability to map business requirements into actionable workflow designs.
• Proficient in creating workflows for ticketing systems, email automation, and task automation.
