Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into workflow solutions • Process Automation.
Identify opportunities for process automation and streamline business workflows • Implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions • Integration.
Integrate IBM BAW with other systems and applications as part of end-to-end business processes • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems • The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing workflow solutions using IBM BAW • This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate business processes Required qualifications to be successful in this role.

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer to join our dynamic team.
• Workflow Development.
Design, develop, and implement business workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow • BPM UI (SPARK)Toolkit knowledge required.
• BPM to BAW Migration project experience required.
• IBM WebSphere Application Server knowledge required.
• User Interface Design.
Design and implement user interfaces for workflow applications, ensuring a user-friendly experience • Strong Collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams and in Agile environment.
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
Good-to-Have Skills.
• Working with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban Skills.
