Digital Marketing and Content Management Specialist We are looking for Digital Marketing and Content Management Specialist to help us establish, optimize, and manage our online presence across various platforms to generate more leads.
This is a comprehensive role that involves creating, publishing, and managing content, as well as configuring CRM and metrics to ensure our campaigns are effective and data-driven.
Scope of Work 1.
Create and Optimize Pages/Profiles.
Set up and optimize profiles on social media platforms (e.
., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) to ensure they align with our brand.

Content Creation.
Develop engaging and high-quality content across various formats.
Content.
Social media posts, outreach emails, newsletters, blog articles, case studies Images/Videos.
Graphics for ads, posts, lead magnets, free educational content, Webinar Videos, Other 3.
Content Posting and Campaign Management Social Media Management.
Create and schedule social media campaigns/posts using tools like HubSpot or equivalent APIs.
Ad Campaigns.
Set up, optimize, and manage ad campaigns across platforms.
Email Campaigns.
Manage email lists, create campaigns using tools like Mailchimp/HubSpot, and schedule email outreach.
Cold emails and Cold DMs Landing Page/Website Management.
Update and manage landing pages or websites using HubSpot or integrated APIs.

Metrics Configuration and CRM Management Configure and manage a CRM system (e.
., Zoho CRM).
Set up tracking for key performance metrics across campaigns.
Provide regular reports on performance, including social media metrics, email open rates, ad performance, and lead conversions.
Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Instantly etc Zoho CRM, and APIs for automation.
Ability to create visually appealing graphics, engaging video content, and compelling written copy.
Strong understanding of metrics and reporting to optimize performance.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in digital marketing automation tools, possess a strong understanding of lead generation strategies, and have excellent content creation capabilities.
