Get a full overview at: Careers - Iptor YOUR HELP AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO OUR JOURNEY Leadership and Strategy Provide strategic technical leadership and oversight for all architectural activities across multiple projects and teams. Lead and mentor teams of Senior Solution Architects and Solution Architects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies. Engage with executive leadership to define and refine the enterprise architectural vision and ensure it aligns with business objectives. Team Management Oversee the assignment of tasks, management of resources, and balancing of supply and demand for architectural talent across the organization. Monitor and report on the performance of the architectural teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects. Technology and Innovation Ensure all architectural deliverables meet or exceed expectations in terms of quality, scalability, security, and performance. Manage the governance processes related to architecture, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies. Drive the adoption of best practices across teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Operational and Financial Excellence Represent the architectural function in strategic decision-making forums, providing expert guidance on technology direction and investments. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, and lead the adoption of new tools, techniques, and frameworks that can benefit the organization. YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD IF YOU HAVE To be both successful and motivated in this role, we think you recognize yourself in some (or all) of the below: Architecture: In-depth knowledge of enterprise and solution architecture frameworks, with extensive experience in their application across organizations. Cloud Technologies: Proficiency in cloud platforms; primarily Microsoft Azure but with good working knowledge of others such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Google Cloud etc. The ability to design and oversee the implementation of large-scale, cloud-native architectures. Security: Comprehensive understanding of security principles and practices, with experience in designing secure, compliant systems. Project and Program Management : Skilled in managing large-scale projects and programs, with a focus on architectural deliverables and outcomes. Innovation Management: Ability to drive innovation within the architectural function, identifying and adopting new technologies and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication: English.
