The software should incorporate an advanced document management system with the following features.
- Advanced Search.
Users should be able to quickly and efficiently locate documents.
- Document Collaboration.
The system should allow multiple users to work on documents simultaneously.
- User Roles.
The software needs to support three different user roles.
- Administrator.
This role will have the highest level of access, responsible for managing the software and overseeing its use.
- Lawyer.
This role will involve using the software to manage cases and clients.
- Client.
This role will have limited access, designed for clients to track their cases and communicate with their lawyer.
Also include finance like invoice reminder for late payment and calendar management Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Proven experience in software development, preferably with a focus on law firm management systems.
- Expertise in creating secure, user-friendly software with multiple user roles.
- Strong knowledge of implementing advanced document management systems.
- Excellent understanding of client and case management software needs.
