Our goal is to onboard beauty professionals and drive app downloads and bookings among locals, expats, and tourists in Phuket.

Project Objectives.
Onboard beauty service providers in Phuket before the app’s official launch.
Drive app downloads and customer bookings to reach bookings within the first two months of launch.
Build a strong brand presence on social media channels and establish Kamala as the go-to platform for beauty services in Phuket.
Scope of Work.
The agency should be able to manage the following.
Social Media Advertising.
Develop and execute a targeted ad campaign on Facebook and Instagram to attract both beauty professionals and customers.
Create high-converting ad copy and visuals.
Optimize ads for Phuket-based audiences, focusing on beauty professionals for provider onboarding and customers for app downloads.
Influencer Partnerships.
Identify and engage with local micro-influencers in Phuket’s beauty and lifestyle niches.
Manage influencer campaigns to promote Kamala’s services, offering exclusive discount codes or referral links.
Track influencer performance to ensure maximum engagement and conversions.
Google Ads and Local SEO.
Set up a Google Ads campaign targeting customers searching for beauty services in Phuket.
Implement basic SEO on Kamala’s website to improve search engine rankings for terms like “beauty services Phuket” and “on-demand beauty Phuket.” Referral Program Development.
Design and implement a referral program for both beauty providers and customers to increase sign-ups and app downloads.
Track and report on referral conversions and manage any necessary payouts or incentives.
Content Creation and Organic Social Media.
Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to build Kamala’s online presence.
Schedule and post content 3-4 times per week, showcasing beauty services, provider stories, and customer experiences.
Deliverables.
A full marketing campaign plan with a timeline for the pre-launch (now until January) and launch period (February).
Weekly reports on KPIs, including app downloads, provider sign-ups, ad performance, and social media engagement.
Monthly budget updates to ensure alignment with the € budget.
Skills Required.
Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in app-based or service-based businesses.
Expertise in Facebook and Instagram Ads, with knowledge of targeting local markets (e.
., Phuket).
Experience with Google Ads and SEO.
Strong portfolio in social media management and influencer marketing.
Experience setting up and managing referral programs.
