Learn more About the role Your daily adventures will include * |Identify and engage with potential fleet owners and small to medium-sized car rental companies to showcase the advantages of joining the (COMPANY NAME) platform.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing fleet partners, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction on the (COMPANY NAME) platform.
* Monitor fleet onboarding processes and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely integration.
* Effectively address and resolve escalated issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for swift resolutions.
* Regularly review and adjust pricing models to maintain competitiveness.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize return on investment (ROI) per car for fleet partners.
* Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with partners to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
About you * Proven experience in sales, account management, or fleet management within the transportation or car rental industry.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and the local language.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret data to drive business decisions.
* Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Problem-solving skills to address and resolve partner concerns effectively.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
