We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing team at Marsh McLennan.
This role will be based in Lisbon.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As part of our dynamic, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and editing of engaging motion graphics and videos for various projects; and you will work closely with the senior motion designers and video editors to bring concepts to life and deliver high-quality visual content.
We will count on you to.
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute motion graphics and video concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
* Assist in the creation of visually appealing animations, transitions, and effects to enhance video content.
* Edit raw footage and assemble video content to create compelling and engaging videos.
* Incorporate audio, music, and sound effects to enhance the overall video experience.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion design and video editing.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to video content.
* Maintain organized file management and adhere to established naming conventions.
* Assist in the maintenance and organization of video assets and project files.
What you need to have.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
* Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
* A portfolio showcasing previous motion design and video editing work is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of video editing techniques and principles.
* Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition.
* Basic understanding of audio editing and mixing~ * Fluent English level.
