JUNIOR DATA QUALITY ANALYST

Your roleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to oversee and resolve data quality incidents, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data assets.
As the central point for identifying, documenting, and addressing data issues, you will play a critical role in conducting root cause analyses and implementing solutions to mitigate risks and prevent recurring problems and incidents.
Your work will directly support the organization’s decision-making processes by maintaining high data standards and fostering trust in our data systems.

our profileBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
xperience at least 2 years of experience in data quality analysis and incident management, with a proven ability to document, investigate, and resolve data issues.
roficiency in using monitoring and incident analysis tools.
Expertise in root cause analysis techniques and the ability to identify patterns and causes of problems as well as address systemic issues.
Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Grafana.
Knowledge of data ecosystems and concepts of lineage between tables.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent communication abilities to effectively coordinate corrective actions between technical and business teams.
A proactive mindset and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
