Want to know more about GBS? Check out here ! Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters? Your mission will be… Analyze, comment, draft and negotiate multi-purpose IT frame agreements, IT contracts, contract changes etc.
for Siemens IT Regional/Local services (e.
., ERP, non-ERP, SaaS etc.).
Ensure end-to-end contract management lifecycle process for regional / local contracts.
Contribute to multi-disciplinary negotiation teams representing service owner in a virtual environment, including responsibility for contract negotiations, contract finalization and signature.
Prepare, manage, and negotiate claims for regional /Local contracts to exercise the rights of the local Siemens IT units (as for example, recovery of extra-cost, extension of time, etc.), including support of the settlement processes.
Contribute to setup or review contract templates, guidelines, and process descriptions.
Collect, prepare, and manage relevant documents in accordance with contractual deadlines and requirement.
Updating contract demand in demand tool and contract record data in Future Now contract module Ensure application of IT strategies in region, and adherence to compliance processes such as ACP, ASECO, OPERA etc.
As assigned be a regional single point of contact (SPOC) for ASECO processes Contribute to definition of quality standards and development of tools to support contract management processes.
Document, register and archive all relevant contract documents, according to the Siemens IT procedures and using the tools in place (Future Now, AdobeSign, SharePoint).
Contribute to defining and execution of contract/claim management strategies.
Provide transparency in contractual data (e.
., terms, costs, termination regulations) by registration in the central contract database.
Support contract approval workflow, purchase order creation process step, and invoice verification step Contribute to preparation of contract management trainings in accordance with the needs of the Siemens IT.
As a service professional support or manage other ITIL process for the region Reporting on contract and proceed management to management team Represent processes and present data as process owner at internal or external audits.

Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written skills in English.
