Finance Shared Services Center Manager, Portugal Responsibilities & Duties Creation and maintenance of master data, both suppliers and customers following the procedure and Country local rules • Receiving and manage requests or invoices from different suppliers or agents Directing the requests to the appropriate accounting team members for further processing Ensuring smooth communication between parties involved (both internal teams and external agents) and addressing any issues that may arise Monitoring workflow to ensure tasks are completed on time, without being involved in the transactional or accounting entries Monitoring outstanding balances and ensuring that payments and collections are made on time, involving the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.

Understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and transactional processes like invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.

Ability to identify discrepancies in transactions, invoices, and payment records to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
