YOUR MISSION As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role helping manage Top Accounts at Glovo.
THE JOURNEY Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will.
Gather all the insights from our partners to create an amazing experience for them and our customers, tackle through problems to raise the bar Get feedback from our stores and translate it into process improvements Forecast and track key account metrics Work closely with all the departments within Glovo Portugal organization and occasionally globally on temporary projects Help and learn from Senior Account Managers on any topics related to partners management and daily challenges WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE One or two years of work experience in a sales or marketing field.
FMCG is a plus.
Strong Communication skills Data-driven skills Good skills in MS Office, Looker and Salesforce is a plus Proficiency in Portuguese and English is a must Immediate availability is a plus Overall Good People Skills - you’ll be talking to a lot of external stakeholders Individuals representing diverse profiles, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
