Ivanti Neurons ITSM Developer (NL or FR + EN) Location.
Brussels Languages.
Fluent in Dutch or French (native) and English (native) Remote Work.
50% on-site, 50% remote Role Description.
The role includes working closely with cross-functional teams to implement ITSM solutions, enhance workflows, and improve the platform to meet business needs Key Responsibilities - Configure and customize Ivanti Neurons modules (e.
., Incident, Problem, Change).
- Develop workflows, business rules, forms, and dashboards as per business requirements.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party tools using APIs or Ivanti connectors.
- Troubleshoot and maintain platform performance, applying upgrades and optimizations.
- Collaborate with ITSM process owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
MUST HAVE SKILLS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL principles and workflows.
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell) and SQL.
- Experience in APIs, web services, and integrations.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Proven Experience in analyze business needs and design innovative technical solutions - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders PREFERRED SKILLS.
