ITSM SERVICENOW BUSINESS ANALYST

- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in ITSM, with advanced mastery of the ServiceNow platform; - Experience with CMDB to ensure a reliable and well-structured data repository; - User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI); - Practical experience and in-depth understanding of the processes and workflows within the Change Management, Incident and Request modules in ServiceNow; - Fluency in English.
Responsibilities.
- Facilitate the gathering and framing of requirements to align needs, ensuring integration with other ITSM tools (such as CMDB, Discovery, Sailpoint, Active Directory, among others); - Identify and manage interdependencies with the CSM (Customer Service Management) tool to ensure the coherence of solutions; - Specify and implement functional requirements provided by different departments and translate these needs into concrete actions within the ServiceNow solution; - Redesign the internal service request portal, ensuring that it is intuitive and efficient for the company's employees.
