Position Overview.
As an ItalianSpeaking Customer Advisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support.
You will assist customers with their ecommerce inquiries provide detailed information about products and services and resolve any issues they may encounter.
Your attention to detail and language skills will be essential in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities.
Customer Support.
Deliver exceptional customer service to Italianspeaking clients via phone email and live chat.
Promptly and professionally address and resolve customer inquiries concerns and issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Product Assistance.
Assist customers in understanding and using our ecommerce platform.
Provide accurate information about products services and order statuses.
Problem Resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders payments and deliveries.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless problem resolution.
Customer Relationship Management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Collect and document customer feedback to help improve our services.
Administrative Tasks.
Accurately log and document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Prepare and provide regular reports on customer support activities and outcomes.
Collaboration.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings and share best practices for enhancing customer support.
Stay Informed.
Stay uptodate with industry trends ecommerce advancements and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Requirements.
Language Skills.
Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken).
Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
Skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused approach.
Experience.
Previous experience in customer service ecommerce or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn and use customer support tools and software.
Team Player.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
