Job Description We are looking for an IT Project Manager to support the Risk Management (including BCM) and Internal Control teams.
Gather requirements from the Risk, Internal Control, and BCM teams.
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure alignment and compliance with specifications.
Assist in the customization and integration of the new platform.
Migrate data from existing internal tools to the new platform.
Support the phase-out of current tools, including monitoring, assigning user roles, and extracting data for reporting purposes.
Prepare technical and functional specifications, ensuring seamless integration with the involved teams.
Monitor the implementation of platform specifications, ensuring compliance with defined requirements.
Conduct functionality testing of the platform.
Organize training sessions for users, promoting adoption and efficiency.
Engage and integrate stakeholders into the tool.
Manage change and provide ongoing support during the transition period.
Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related fields.
Proven experience in project management.
Prior knowledge or experience in risk management, internal control, and business continuity management is a plus.
Proactive and confident profile with strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and adherence to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including interaction with senior executives and external stakeholders.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Adaptability to dynamic and constantly evolving environments.
Understanding of risk management, internal control, and business continuity concepts to better comprehend the operations to be integrated into the new tool.
