IT PROJECT MANAGER (DIGITAL SECURITY)

Among various goods and services essential to life in society, the production of security documents, such as the citizen card or passport, the minting of current and collector's currency, the authentication of precious metal artefacts, the publishing of the Electronic Official Gazette and the publication of fundamental works of Portuguese and universal culture.
What you will do? We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Digital Security Unit (USD) to ensure the coordination of projects with a significant impact on the lives of millions of people.
This role will be focused on coordinating technical activities (development and delivery of security software), as well as managing the relationship between the activities of the USD team and other teams, internal and external.
The role.
Plan and coordinate activities with USD teams, integrated into the institution's global project plan, to guarantee delivery deadlines and project acceptance criteria Manage the integration of USD activities into projects involving other areas of the institution and the relationship between the USD team and other internal and external teams Ensure the commitment of the USD team and expectations from all stakeholders Identify and resolve dependencies between various workflows Understand priorities and manage the resources involved Ensure the creation and updating of the schedule and risk management Ensure best management and documentation practices and quality of project/program management What are we looking for? Higher education in computer engineering, management, or other relevant to the role 6+ years of proven experience in managing complex and demanding IT projects Experience in applying agile software development methodologies, integrated with goal-oriented project management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to question the status quo in a constructive and empathetic way Sense of responsibility and rigor in carrying out tasks Strong leadership and team management skills Fluent Portuguese and English (spoken and written) What can you expect from us?
