Are you one of them? Join us! Your mission will be… * As Senior IT Project Manager (f/m/d), you will lead projects or programs that aim the expansion of existing IT solutions and the transformation of SFS to a data driven organisation * In this role you are responsible for the comprehensive and independent planning of the implementation of projects along the entire IT value chain.
* You develop implementation plans - including make-or-buy analyses; you ensure the design, development, testing, implementation and support of software solutions and you take over the technical leadership of your respective project teams * You implement projects on the basis of predefined methodologies such as PM@(COMPANY NAME) and ensure compliance with standards, rules and regulations * You will ensure collaboration with our partners, including C-level and senior management, within IT and the SFS organisation, to make communication and decision making easy and transparent.
* In your area of responsibility, you drive our transformation to a collaborative agile IT.
This includes the promotion of digital leadership skills.
working in self-organized, autonomous teams, strengthening the personal responsibility of each individual and crafting an environment, characterized by trust, openness and motivation We are looking for someone with… * The basis of your success is a university degree in the field of IT or Business Administration or similar * You have long-term professional work experience within the IT and finance industry as a project * Manager, with expertise in the successful rollout of reporting / business intelligence / data warehouse / AI related initiatives.
* Technical skills in the area of reporting / business intelligence / data or AI are a plus.
Cloud experience would round up your profile.
* You have managed global agreements, budgets, change requests and on and offboarding of project resources.
* You are hard-working and curious, and you have a steadfast aim to face new tasks and technologies * You have strong expertise on driving stakeholder management and successful collaboration across teams * Business proficient English skills round off your profile.
