Your mission will be… Support the People Excellence Team with in-depth data analysis in strategic and operational workforce management and development at IT Design and implement practical automation solutions and oversee the tech training portfolio to enhance digital competencies within the IT organization Development and Management of PowerBI Dashboards and Data Analysis Provide data- driven insights Create and operationalize learning measures that align with the organization's technical goals and initiatives Support the development and deployment of workshops and other meetings regarding workforce transformation and development ensuring alignment with the overall strategic goals Support the development of comprehensive learning journeys that incorporate both technical (Artificial intelligence, software development, cloud computing, automation) and soft skills, ensuring a well-rounded approach to employee development Collaborate with internal Teams to leverage their expertise and resources for reporting, role and skill creation Assist in data collection and initial analysis to support workforce management and development projects We are looking for someone with… A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, business analytics, technology/innovation management, digital transformation, management information systems, data science, or a related field.

Team player, organized, responsible and proactive.
Strong communication skills.
Eager to understand and connect IT with the business and staying up to date with learning trends and the latest technology news/application.
Understanding of agile methodology and project management is a plus.
Knowledge of English (German is a plus).
