Position Description.
CGI is seeking an IT Operations Manager for a federal project with a financial customer.

• Independently lead complex technical initiatives within your team.
• Mentor and lead Developers by cultivating curiosity and deep technical understanding.
• Explore technical needs and bring solutions to the table.
• Set the technical strategy for your team.

• Bachelor’s Degree • ITIL4 Foundation • DevSecOps Foundation from the Dev Ops Institute • ಏ years of experience of IT Operations experience with ITIL processes, SLA’s, and complex environments • Must have experience in managing large size teams.
• Ability to obtain a public trust clearance • Experience in implementing ITMS tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skill CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications.
