As an IT Demand Analyst | IT Functional Analyst, you will be at the heart of our IT operations, playing a pivotal role in aligning business goals with technological advancements.
Your responsibilities include.
Collaborating with internal business areas to collect, classify, and clarify technological demands, IT requirements, and non-functional requirements.
Translating business needs into actionable technical visions for IT teams.
Supporting IT and architecture teams in crafting innovative solutions and managing application lifecycles.
Recommending enhancements to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Developing and maintaining functional documentation in collaboration with IT teams.
Contributing functional expertise to technological projects and initiatives.
Acting as a bridge between IT teams and business units, ensuring technical solutions are presented in business-friendly terms.
Assisting in demand management processes and supporting portfolio forecasts and reports.
What We’re Looking For.
Hard Skills and Experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role in IT.
Expertise in functional analysis, requirement gathering, and flow design.
Ability to translate technical documentation into business insights (and vice versa).
Familiarity with IT project management practices and Agile methodologies.
Academic Background.
A degree in IT or a combined discipline like Computer Science and Business Management is preferred.
Soft Skills.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Proactive mindset with a knack for taking initiative and driving results.
