IT DELIVERY MANAGER (M/F/D)

Your New Company You will be joining a leading company in the transport and logistics sector, recognized for its strong commitment to digital transformation to ensure efficiency and innovation in its services.
The company operates across the Iberian region.
Your New Role As an IT Delivery Manager, you will oversee project delivery for Logistics/Transportation areas, ensuring that solutions are developed and delivered with quality and in line with business requirements.
You will be responsible approximately 20 people (internal and outsourced), including technical-functional analysts from both Portugal and Spain and programmers.
Your role will involve acting as a bridge between the innovation and development team and the Logistics/Transportation business, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and needs.
Responsibilities.
Manage project delivery for the Logistics/Transports areas, ensuring quality and alignment with business requirements.
Directly lead and develop the team of business delivery coordinators and teach leads.
Serve as the primary contact for the logistics/transportation management team on innovation and development matters.
Maintain a strategic view of the project pipeline.
Effectively manage priorities to ensure team focus and reduce overall pressure on the structure.
Manage communication with internal and external clients to gather and analyze technical and functional requirements and specify integrated solutions.
Monitor the effective allocation and utilization of team resources, optimizing development on the integration layer for managing information flow via common communication protocols in the logistics sector.
Report to the CIO.
What You'll Need to Succeed.
Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in project management or delivery management, preferably inlogistics or systems integration.
Higher education inmanagement and/or information systems.
Deep knowledge ofintegration solutions, preferably in IBM environments.
Strong communicationskills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams focused on functional analysis, integration, and systems development.
Leadership and resource management skills, with the ability to allocate tasks and ensure execution within expected timelines and quality standards.
Strategic vision, with theability to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions.
Fluency in English.
Ability to communicate inSpanish.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and Jira tool is valued.
