Checking the consistency of the plans and the appropriate recording in the Group IT Continuity tool (ServiceNow based) Coordinating the scheduling of IT continuity exercise aiming to demonstrate the effectivity and efficiency of the various recovery solutions by chasing IT asset managers.
Checking the consistency of exercise scheduling and the appropriate recording in the Group tools in connection with the change management process (ServiceNow based) Gathering and controlling evidence of IT continuity exercise performed by chasing IT asset managers.
Checking the consistency of exercise reports and the appropriate recording in the Group IT Continuity tool (ServiceNow based) Reporting on IT Continuity and Resilience Producing and presenting performance indicators (KPI) to the ICRO about the deployment of IT Continuity and Resilience framework (IT asset classification, IT continuity plan review, exercise scheduling, exercise result, exercise report) Maintaining a good level of service to the ICRO by listening feedback and proposing improvement in the BAU processes Qualifications Technical Skills.
Good knowledge of SDLC, Project Management and IT Architecture Ability to understand data, IT systems and cyber security Risks, and apply knowledge of Security and Data management to regulations Language Skills.
