The IT Business Analyst role offers an opportunity to gain significant self-responsibility and valuable insights into the Order to Cash area within a global IT organization.
This position serves as the crucial link between Business Analysts and IT for the Order to Cash areas, joining an international and dynamic team to play a key role in global operations.

What you will do.
* Prioritization of all incidents reported identifying root-cause and solution, and /or involving other IT teams (when required).
* Facilitating business requests for new functionalities aligned with (COMPANY NAME) template and best practices.
* Participate in pre-studies and collaborating with business and other teams to breakdown business requirements to deliver.
* Participating in workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and collaborate in the as-is analysis, understanding customer and user requirements, their strategies, and their goals.
* Support development of business cases and support the portfolio prioritization process.
* Participate in testing new requirements and use cases to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the new solution.
* Support implementation of to-be processes, incl.
training delivery * Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization.
* Driving IT projects with a limited scope and impact in SAP-O2C.
* Mentoring other junior IT colleagues which requires support during the onboarding process.
* Participating in critical projects supporting business cases and driving IT and/or UAT.
Who you are.
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Business Informatics, Mathematics or similar.
* SAP R3/ECC and/or S/4 Hana knowledge and Office 365.
* Experience in Project Management and contact with Order to Cash.
* Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
* Solution oriented and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of another language would be an advantage such as German or French.
* Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
