We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon (Hybrid).
Requirements.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems or equivalent professional experience; 5+ years of experience as a business analyst working in a context of agile software development; Experience in translating business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements; Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies; Working knowledge of software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management; Experience in estimating techniques; Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization’s business areas.
Fluent in English.
Responsibilities.
Collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, anticipating problems and evaluating impacts; Conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders, sponsors and/or teams to define the solution; Analyze business requirements with a critical mindset and challenge them when needed; Identify and specify the solution with squad and tribe architects; Effectively breakdown business needs into requirements contained within a product backlog which can then be implemented in a series of short and iterative development cycles; Clearly communicate those business needs to the development team by writing user stories and acceptance criteria; Test user stories during development phase and contribute to increase test automation coverage; Participate in the organization of user acceptance tests with the end users; Write and update documentation with content adapted to target audience (Development, Product and Support teams) and deliver training sessions.
