As Application Business Manager (f/m/d) you will analyze business needs and subsequently design and implement software solutions and ensure timely deliveries and uninterrupted operation of complex calculation solutions. In a global alliance with users and developers, you launch digital solutions that support us in our work and connect us with our internal customers. How You’ll Make an Impact Development, design, programming and improvement of tools used in Service Business such as calculation tools, online support tools, offline support tools, etc. Innovate Service Business support tools by identification and analysis of application areas for artificial intelligence (AI) Managing relationships with all project customers, such as business representatives, internal partners and external vendors Contribution to our program business architecture group Delivery of projects on time and within budget Promotion of cross-organizational teamwork What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree preferred Experience in software development preferred Programming language skills: VBA (Excel, Word & PowerPoint), C#, SQL Willingness in working in an international, intercultural environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills to collaborate optimally with various partners Willingness to travel occasionally.
