Lisbon Providing Human Resource support to the organisation, this role will assist in providing general administration support to the HR Team.
* Assist in providing general administration to the HR team * Assist Line Manager to make improvements and implement required changes * Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work * Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms _ * Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates * Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks * Participate in organizing company events and careers days * Local Work.
