Key Features.
- Price Inquiry Management.
The system will have a price quote module, register or unregister customer can look up the price before place and order.
This Price quote will be displayed from the courier service provider API.
Initially, one courier service provider will be added to this system which is Chinese service provider.
In future more courier service provider will be added.
- Order Management.
The order management system will capture, Pick up or sender details, Receiver details, Product details.
The order management module will be post to courier service provider.
After submission, a postage PDF will be generated and Payment option to make online payment.
Mean time an order number, tracking number and other order details will be generated for customer portal and Admin portal.
Any changes, made on admin panel for any customer will be reflect on customer panel.
- Package Tracking.
This feature should be accessible and user-friendly for all types of users - Customers, Couriers, and Admin Staff.
- Payment Management.
A payment gateway, PayPal, COD, Mobile payment systems will be integrated within the system.
- A dashboard.
A admin dashboard / Customer dashboard will be basis requirement for admin and customer module - Reporting system.
Admin / Customer module will able to create reports (A number of reports format will be shared on details at the designing stage) Basic Requirement - Website A international standard courier management theme / user friendly / easy to navigate / quality look and feel site.
- Complain handling.
Contact details / what app integration / live chat integration.
Ideal Skills.
- Proficient in software development with a focus on logistics and courier systems.
- Experience in creating user-friendly interfaces for diverse user types.
- Knowledge of route optimization algorithms is a plus.
