As an International Consumer Finance Business Partner, youll play a crucial role in delivering financial insights, reporting, and analysis to enhance business performance in international markets.
Partnering with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and operations, youll ensure alignment of financial strategies with corporate objectives while navigating a dynamic global environment.
Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Reporting Provide detailed performance reports, monitor KPIs, and identify trends to guide strategic decision-making.
Budgeting & Forecasting Develop budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models to predict performance and assess risks.
Business Partnership Collaborate with regional teams to optimize costs, evaluate new initiatives, and support growth strategies.
Profitability & Cost Management Analyze profitability, manage margins, and implement cost-saving initiatives across international markets.
Ad Hoc Support Participate in strategic projects like market expansions, product launches and acquisitions and offering financial expertise.
Qualifications Required Education Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA are a plus).
Experience 7 years in financial planning, analysis, or related roles, preferably in international or multi-market settings.
Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting tools (SAP, Oracle), and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Languages Fluency in English is required.
French is strongly preferred; knowledge of Italian or Spanish is a bonus.
