INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS TRAINEE

Job Description * The Communications trainee will support all activities related to executive and internal communications for the ngCoreERP Program, including (but not limited to).
* Gather and analyze internal information to prepare briefings, memos, posts, presentations, quarterly communications, and other communications materials as needed * Help to manage the internal communication inbox, handling queries and directing to the correct stakeholders * Being comfortable engaging and interacting with all stakeholders, including the leadership team * Track activities and report results about all activities * Post content on Teams and Yammer Duration.
12 months Target start date.

Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn * Design PowerPoint slides for all the ngCoreERP presentations, including materials for the leadership team * Contribute to building SharePoint pages and its maintenance * Help to create content for all the Internal Communications Program, newsletter, weekly updates, learning sessions and announcements on Yammer * Help with the creation of ad-hoc articles for the (COMPANY NAME) Center * Helping to proofread all communications before publishing * Work on all program communications including but not limited to newsletters, all hands calls etc.
Key Skills And Experience Studies in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or any related field.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office specially PowerPoint.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
