The Internal Communication Project manager is responsible for accompanying and supporting the Functions in the definition and implementation of their internal communication strategy that contributes to employees’ engagement, as the communication leads to an improved understanding of the company’s strategy.
Communication strategy Support and advise Functions to define their communication strategy (sometimes in collaboration with external comms team) to promote the key topics, in line with the company’s strategy, general messaging and global comms plan Understand functional roadmaps, messages & actions plans to identify the priorities for internal communication, structure their needs and align them to the company’s challenges Based on these roadmaps, structure and define a clear internal communication strategy and plan of the function’s key projects Deploy and implement the Functions’ projects communication plans, including messaging platforms, with the support of the Functions team Identify and manage the production of specific communication supports (article, posters, movies…) Align on available budget with Functions and respect/manage it Feed global and editorial calendar in collaboration with the Internal comms manager   Communication network animation Give visibility to the internal and external comms network of upcoming activities, planning and resources needed to deploy Provide guidance, contents and communication support for the deployment of global internal comms actions of Functions Collect feedbacks about local internal comms activities and initiatives Contribute to the animation of the internal comms network Liaise with external and brand teams (Press, SoMe)   Managerial communication Advise Functions about the way to communicate to the managers (messages, communication kits, tools…) Develop managerial comms actions, contents and communication materials related to Functions, that boost the managers’ engagement but also the understanding and ownership of the company’s strategy Coordinate preparation of communication materials for (top) managers and/or the Head of Communication that enables cascading the strategic communication elements in Regions, Functions and PLs   All employees communication Develop specific contents of Functions for company-wide internal channels (print, online, event…) and deploy within the company, with the support of the related Functions team and the Internal Information team; contents that boost the employee engagement but also the understanding and ownership of the company’s strategy Manage and update the Functions’ Intranet pages with the contribution and support of Functions     Competencies & Skills Strategic vision Project management and ability to manage demanding stakeholders Ability to establish priorities, and meet deadlines High reactivity, proactivity and adaptability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing demands Convincing & Influencing Advisor, driving force, value creator Strong French and English written and verbal skills (German is a plus) Innovative mindset Structured and well organised Strong interpersonal skills Teamwork and excellent coordination Be diplomatic and patient Accountability     You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
