Responsibilities Our newest opportunity is for a talented Interior Design BIM Coordinator to join our team, based in  Porto OR Lisbon, Portugal.
This position is responsible for supporting BIM Coordination for major Interior Design projects.
We envisage success in this role to include; Develops and implements the proposed Program-wide BIM system strategy and standards.
Monitors sub consultants’ compliance with BIM strategy and standards.
Performs the role of reviewer for all BIM outputs and deliverables.
Provides hands-on training to internal disciplines in BIM software i.

Revit, Navisworks  Carries out BIM validation reviews e.
.
design clash detection, visual checks.
Assists proposals team with BIM capability assessment, execution plan, level of development matrix, TQ’s, service agreements and appointments.
Monitors and oversees the integration of sub consultants with BIM model(s).
Carries out BIM reviews, across all design stages or specific design packages.
Manages the BIM process such that the highest quality of design deliverables are produced.
Ensures and validates that technical co-ordination between design disciplines is carried out on the BIM model(s).
Carries out reviews of Bim model(s) with respect to relevant international design codes of practice for BIM.
Carries out reviews of BIM model(s) to ensure that compliaance with the client’s own BIM Standards have been met.
Monitors the submissions (and resubmissioons) of BIM deliverables to ensure that all review comments have been responded to and/or integrated.
Chairs BIM review meetings/workshops with Project team, Client's team and sub consultants.
Contributes specialist expertise that will enhance the outputs of the BIM model in line with the BIM objectives of the project.
Proactively forecasts and monitors progress for design actions that are on the critical path of design.
Creates and maintains project tracking documents for design outputs and BIM reviews.
Provides BIM updates into monthly reports on status of design.
May perform other duties as required.
Qualifications To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 years of relevant experience partnered with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Continued advanced training in the latest BIM software.
REVIT Certified.
