Position Title.
Intercompany Intern Location.
Mindelo, Portugal Position Overview The Intercompany Intern will support intercompany financial closing activities and reporting, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
The intern will be responsible for preparing monthly accruals, intercompany reconciliations, issuing intercompany invoices, and preparing aging reports.
Additionally, the intern will ensure compliance with HBF's accounting policy and internal procedures, including SOX requirements.
Primary Duties Support operational activities of Intercompany financial closing and reporting; ensure all requirements are completed and delivered in a timely manner; Support the process of I/C monthly accruals preparation; Support Preparation of IC Preliminary and Final Reconciliations; Support to issue Intercompany Invoices; Support on the preparation of Intercompany aging reports; Other tasks as required Ensure adherence to HBF Intercompany accounting policy; Maintain and develop SOX, as well as HB Fuller procedures compliance at all time; Minimum Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field Excellent written and spoken English Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferably in advance Excel- e.
.
Pivot Tables/Macros), ERP-Module (plus) and Hyperion (plus) Organized, Motivated, Professional and good Analytical Skills; Independent, Proactive with strong presentation and interpersonal skills; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with other employees; Ability to solve problems and communicate at all levels.
